Every slime is inspected before packing to ensure it’s just right when it reaches you. We regularly cycle through our inventory, so you never have to worry about getting an old slime. Even if a slime launched months ago, the one you receive was made recently and is guaranteed fresh.
We ship via USPS and UPS, and you can choose your preferred shipping speed at checkout. After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Occasionally, slimes can be affected by heat or rough handling during transit. If your slime arrives in less-than-perfect condition, don’t worry—just email us at [email protected], and we’ll work with you to make it right.
