Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made some big changes to the site to improve transparency, satisfaction, and the overall shopping experience. Here’s what’s new:
One of the most requested updates was clearer information about each slime’s scent and texture—not just on the website, but on the slime jars themselves. We’ve now added this to our packaging so you always know exactly what you’re getting.


We heard that some of you wanted more clarity on when your order would ship. Now, slimes tagged as “Ready to Ship” typically leave our lab by the next business day. All other in-stock slimes are made fresh and ship within 3–5 business days. If it’s out of stock, it won’t be available to order—no more guesswork.
Our main Shop page now includes new filter options to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. You can now filter for Ready to Ship slimes, browse slimes from the latest drop, or choose a specific texture making it easier than ever to explore new arrivals or grab something fast. Look for the filter button above the slimes on the shop page!
We want you to love your slime—and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve gone from a strict no-return policy to a more customer-friendly 14-day return policy. If you’re not happy, just let us know and we’ll make it right.
These changes are just the beginning. We have a number of other improvements already being implemented.
